  Our Methodology

Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. was established October 1st, 1977 and are currently Members of the Ohio Society of CPA's.  We provide services to a number of different industries.  Clients range from manufacturing, health services, wholesale and retail companies, as well as construction, real estate holding companies and homeowner associations.

Services include Review, Compilation, Consulting, Tax Planning and Preparation, as well as Financial Planning and Technology Planning.

Services are generally provided on a fee basis per time spent on the job.  Our firm currently consists of three CPAs and several qualified staff members.

We make every effort to provide these services with integrity, objectivity and independence for the overall good of our clients.

Our Team 

Michael Kincaid, CPA
Graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He received his Certified Public Accountant license in 1976.

Michael was a controller for Imperial House Motels and numerous related businesses.  He was responsible for all financial reporting of the company and managed an office staff of approximately 20 people.

Michael established the firm, Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. with his partner William Forsthoefel on October 1st, 1977.

His responsibilities at Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. include acting as tax partner of the firm, as well as providing accounting, consulting and tax services for a number of businesses and individuals throughout the country.  He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.

William Forsthoefel, CPA
Graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He received his Certified Public Accountant license in 1976.

William worked with a CPA firm in Dayton, Ohio, primarily performing accounting and tax services for a number of companies located in Ohio.  His responsibilities included financial statement preparation and tax preparation and performance of company audits.

William established the firm Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. with his partner Michael Kincaid on October 1st, 1977.  He also served as treasurer of the Hearing and Speech Center of Montgomery County, Ohio for six years.  He also has served as church accountant for St. Albert the Great Parish for twelve years.  He is currently serving as treasurer of the Community Association Institute of Ohio Valley, a homeowner association education and support organization.

His responsibilities at Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. include serving as managing partner of the firm, as well as providing accounting, consulting and tax services for a number of businesses and individuals throughout the county.  He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.
 

Jennifer Baglio, CPA 
Graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science degree.  She received her Certified Public Accountant license in 1991.

Jennifer worked with a CPA firm in Atlanta, Georgia primarily performing audits of non-profit corporations.  Her responsibilities included managing other staff accountants, while performing audits and other financial and tax services for non-profit corporations.

Jennifer has been with Kincaid & Forsthoefel CPAs, Inc. since 1994, and achieved partner status in 1999.  Her responsibilities at the firm include various financial and tax services, as well as accounting software support and personal financial planning.  She is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.
